Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all subscription plans and trial offers provided by InnerHug ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our platform and mobile application ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully before initiating any subscription or trial.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your InnerHug premium subscription at any time by contacting our support team or using the cancellation option within your account. The following terms apply to subscription cancellations:
- 1.1Monthly Subscriptions. A cancellation request for a monthly subscription will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the billing cycle concludes, after which no further charges will be applied.
- 1.2Annual Subscriptions. A cancellation request for an annual subscription will take effect at the end of the current annual subscription term. Access to premium features will remain active until the term expires.
- 1.3No Prorated Refunds on Cancellation. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any remaining unused portion of a subscription period following a cancellation.
2. Refund Policy — All Purchases Are Final
Every purchase or subscription made on InnerHug is final. We do not offer or initiate refunds in any case, except in the event of a double transaction. The following conditions govern refund eligibility:
- 2.1Strict No Refund Policy. Subscriptions, renewals, and direct purchases are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure that you wish to commit to the subscription before making a payment.
- 2.2Double Transactions. The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is if you have been charged twice for the same purchase (double transaction). Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- 2.3How to Request a Refund. If you believe you were charged due to a double transaction, please contact our support team at support@innerhug.in immediately, including your registered email address and transaction reference number.
3. Refund Processing
- 3.1Processing Timeline. Upon approval of a refund request, we will initiate the refund within one (1) to three (3) business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. Please allow an additional five (5) to seven (7) business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or card issuer.
- 3.2Payment Provider. All refunds are processed through Razorpay or such other payment gateway as designated by InnerHug from time to time. InnerHug is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card network, or payment processor.
- 3.3Currency. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. InnerHug is not liable for any exchange rate differences or bank conversion fees.
4. Free Trial
⚠ Important — Free Trial & Auto-Billing
InnerHug offers a 7-day free trial with full access to premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected subscription plan will be automatically charged on the 8th day. Payments made following the free trial auto-renewal are strictly non-refundable as per Section 2 of this Policy.
InnerHug may offer eligible users a free trial period of seven (7) days to access premium features of the Service at no cost ("Free Trial"). The following terms govern the Free Trial:
- 4.1No Charge During Trial Period. You will not incur any charges during the 7-day Free Trial. Access to premium features is provided at no cost for the duration of the trial. Please note that a nominal refundable amount of ₹1–₹10 may be temporarily charged to your payment method solely for the purpose of setting up and verifying the auto-pay mandate. This amount is refunded immediately upon successful verification and will not be retained by InnerHug.
- 4.2Automatic Renewal and Billing. Upon expiry of the Free Trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your designated payment method on the 8th day, unless you have cancelled the trial prior to that date. By initiating the Free Trial, you expressly authorise this automatic charge.
- 4.3Cancellation Before Trial Expiry.You may cancel your Free Trial at any time before the 7-day trial period ends by using the "Cancel" option available within your account settings. If you cancel before the 8th day, no charge will be applied and your access to premium features will cease upon cancellation.
- 4.4Non-Refundability of Trial Auto-Charges. Any payment processed as a result of the automatic renewal upon expiry of the Free Trial is strictly non-refundable. Our no-refund policy applies exclusively to all subscription purchases, renewals, and trial auto-renewals alike.
- 4.5Eligibility. The Free Trial is available once per user. InnerHug reserves the right to determine eligibility, modify the trial duration, or withdraw the Free Trial offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Amendments to This Policy
InnerHug reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any such amendments will become effective immediately upon publication on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
